Mission Statement

At City Centre Counselling, we are first and foremost working for the utmost care and welfare of each person that visits our centre for counselling. Our aim is to provide our clients with a high standard of quality care and excellence and a professionalism that is second to none.

Our mission is to help each of our clients explore their individual uniqueness as a person and also help them work through any issues that may be hindering their lives and causing any form of emotional distress.

We also dedicate our work to helping our clients realise their own potential, and help them to discover the person that they were born to become through self-awareness, personal development, mindfulness and a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approach.

We provide the utmost confidential therapeutic setting during client’s time with us, abiding by the regulations of the Irish Assoc. for Counselling & Psychotherapy (IACP), and the British Assoc. for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Our therapists all abide by the code of ethics set down by both of these professional Accredited Counselling Bodies based in Britain and Ireland. (see iacp.ie and bacp.co.uk).

We understand the vulnerable place our clients are in at the time of their initial visit, and so treat all persons with a great empathy and sensitivity at all times.
